Coupa Café opened in the Knight Management Center of the Graduate School of Business at Stanford Univeristy in April of 2011. Housed in a primary location for the Knight Management Center (at the intersection of Serra Street and Campus Drive), the Graduate School of Business will have a prominent identity on Stanford’s campus. The vision for the GSB buildings reflects a commitment to creating space that enables collaboration between faculty and students, between the GSB and the rest of Stanford, and with the global business community like Coupa Cafe. Coupa Cafe continues its philosophy of working with local farmers and promoting sustainable agriculture, fair trade and eco‐friendly practices.
This location, the third in Stanford University, features Coupa Coffee roasted locally from Arabica coffee growing regions like Colombia, Mexico, Guatemala, Brasil, Ethiopia & India, as well as its popular Spicy Maya and Abuela hot chocolate. Additionally, locally grown products are promoted and enjoyed through the daily menu featuring salads, Venezuelan arepas, paninis, pastries and other Coupa specialties.
