Coupa Café opened in the Jen-Hsun Huang Engineering Center at Stanford University in October of 2011. Housed across the courtyard from Coupa Café Y2E2, in the vibrant hub for science and engineering activity on campus, Coupa Café continues its philosophy of working with local farmers and promoting sustainable agriculture, fair trade and eco-friendly practices. This location, the fourth in Stanford University, also features locally roasted Coupa Coffee from Arabica coffee growing regions like Colombia, Mexico, Guatemala, Brasil, Ethiopia & India.
In Harmony with the spirit of the Huang Engineering Center, Coupa Café uses sutainable eco-friendly foodservice packaging composed of biodegradable products manufactured from renewable resources. Additionally, locally grown products are promoted and enjoyed through the daily “grab n’ go” menu featuring freshly brewed coffee, tea, pastries, wraps, salads, fresh fruits and other Coupa specialties.
