Coupa Café opened in the Y2E2 Building at Stanford University in October of 2008. Housed in the Jerry Yang and Akiko Yamazaki Environment and Energy Building, which represents the cutting edge of sustainability and is the “greenest” building on the Stanford University Campus, Coupa Café continues its philosophy of working with local farmers and promoting sustainable agriculture, fair trade and eco-friendly practices.
We roast Coupa Coffee locally featuring Arabica coffee growing regions like Colombia, Mexico, Guatemala, Brasil, Ethiopia & India. In Harmony with the spirit of the Y2E2 Building, Coupa Café uses sutainable eco-friendly foodservice packaging composed of biodegradable products manufactured from renewable resources. We support local farmers, sustainable agricultural practices and promote organic and fair trade ingredients. Enjoy our menu offerings including eggs and omelettes, pancakes, breakfast pastries, arepas, paninis, salads, crepes and other Coupa specialties.
